  • Review challenge opportunities

    Derived
Scored with the six-factor harm model: buyer warning language, damage, severity, searchability, AI answer risk and impact on the score. A challenge is a request for platform policy review. Google decides the outcome and nothing here promises removal.

  • Rating scenario analysis

What FordRatings does

From public record to measurable recovery, in five steps.

Knowing the score is the start. The work is turning it into fewer lost shoppers. This is the sequence every engagement runs.

  1. Step 1

    Identify

Find the reputation damage on the public record for Valley Ford Truck, Inc: low-star exposure, the complaint themes that repeat, where nearby stores win the comparison, and the reviews nobody answered.

  2. Step 2

    Prioritize

Rank what matters most. Each low-star review is scored on six factors so the highest-impact reviews, the repeat themes and the urgent risks come first, not the loudest.

  3. Step 3

    Remediate

FordRatings supports the work that follows: platform policy challenges where a review qualifies for one, a response standard for the rest, and a named owner for each recurring issue. Platforms decide challenge outcomes, so nothing here promises a removal.

  4. Step 4

    Monitor

Track rating and rank movement, new low-star exposure, response discipline, competitor movement and sentiment shifts against a locked monthly capture that never changes after the fact.

  5. Step 5

    Prove

Show measurable before-and-after progress: rating, national and local rank, negative exposure, response behavior and market position, with the underlying evidence attached.
