See what a shopper sees about your store before they ever reach your website. FordRatings reads the same public record a shopper does, then scores what the star rating hides.

What FordRatings does
Knowing the score is the start. The work is turning it into fewer lost shoppers. This is the sequence every engagement runs.
Find the reputation damage on the public record for your dealership: low-star exposure, the complaint themes that repeat, where nearby stores win the comparison, and the reviews nobody answered.
Rank what matters most. Each low-star review is scored on six factors so the highest-impact reviews, the repeat themes and the urgent risks come first, not the loudest.
FordRatings supports the work that follows: platform policy challenges where a review qualifies for one, a response standard for the rest, and a named owner for each recurring issue. Platforms decide challenge outcomes, so nothing here promises a removal.
Track rating and rank movement, new low-star exposure, response discipline, competitor movement and sentiment shifts against a locked monthly capture that never changes after the fact.
Show measurable before-and-after progress: rating, national and local rank, negative exposure, response behavior and market position, with the underlying evidence attached.
Unlocking requires dealership verification. A person confirms affiliation, not a bot.

How the score is classified
Enhanced Scoring is a proprietary weighted model. It starts from the public Google star rating, weights it by how many consumer reviews that rating rests on, and accounts for the volume and pattern of low-star reviews so a handful of perfect scores cannot outrank a long, consistent record. The formula itself is not published.
What verification unlocks
Verification is a human check on affiliation. Nothing in the report promises a review removal.
One public record, three readers
A shopper wants to know which store to trust. A dealer wants to know what the public record says about them. Ford wants to know where the network is weakest. FordRatings runs all three off one ranked, dated, public dataset.
For shoppers and owners
Every ranked Ford dealership scored on its own public review record, with the complaints that repeat and where it stands against the store down the road.
For dealerships
Response rate, flagged reviews scored for harm, rating scenarios, complaint mix and the competitive gap, opened with dealership verification.
For Ford corporate
Network score distribution, what America is telling Ford, response discipline, brand exposure and regional risk, nation to state to rooftop.
