More info
When Google coverage is PARTIAL, we can only read the slice of reviews Google exposes. If that slice is the same for both 30 and 365 days, the two counts can read identically.
The overall Google rating, total review count, and national/state rank come from Google's own uncapped totals, so they are not limited by the exposed slice.
Review flow over the last 30 and 365 days, with the lifetime negative review total from Google's star histogram.

Projected rating with 85% of negatives removed, worst first
Collection gap: only 80% of this store's 87 negative ratings have been pulled with their text. A full removal case for this dealership needs a fresh pull before the numbers below are treated as complete.
The lifetime total is Google's own count of every 1-3 star rating. The potential score is the projected rating if 85% of those negatives came off, worst reviews first.
